Introducing Rudolph, a young terrier mix pup (currently 25-30 pounds) with a beautiful dark brindle coat and absolutely adorable ears! We aren't sure of his age (although we believe he is under 1 year) as we feel that his growth was stunted due to poor nutrition, consequently, his body will most likely always remain smaller than it should naturally be. He also displays bowed out front legs, a condition that may improve as he ages. He was found as a stray, so we really don't know any details about his previous life.
But don't make the mistake of thinking this guy can't get around. He runs zoomies through the house and loves to play and wrestle with his canine foster siblings (big and small). As much as he loves to interact with other dogs, he craves human attention. He LOVES to cuddle with his humans in a chair or on the couch and will melt into your side with an ear rub. He is curious about cats, but not in an aggressive way, and he can be verbally redirected away from them.
Rudy thrives on positive reinforcement and is working on improving his puppy behaviors (like jumping and chewing on footwear). Since he is still a puppy, he will need training and consistency to become a well-mannered dog. We aren't sure how he would be with children as he can be quite exuberant, but he doesn't seem to be aggressive towards anyone. Rudy will be available for adoption on January 7, after he is neutered and has completed his vaccinations.
Rudy is working hard on becoming house broken, and is crate trained, vaccinated, de-wormed, heart worm negative, on flea and heart worm preventative, and micro-chipped. This dog will REQUIRE A PHYSICALLY FENCED YARD. No apartments or condos for this dog please.

ADOPTION FEE: $325.00
Introducing Sid Abel, an adorable bully breed puppy (approximate birthdate: 11/15/22) who was found outside abandoned in a crate with brothers Gordie Howe and Ted Lindsay. Sid is a typical puppy, full of love, energy, and playfulness. He enjoys playing with toys and rough housing with his siblings and larger canine foster brothers. He also loves to be held by his humans and snuggles in for cuddle time!
While breed identification is a guess based on appearance, we feel he is a bully breed mix of some type. Therefore, we feel he will be at least 50+ pounds when fully grown, but we really don’t know for sure. Sid seems to enjoy the company of other dogs, and we feel he would do well in a home with a doggie sibling. He would NOT do well in a home with young children as he has very sharp puppy teeth and claws and has not yet learned proper manners. He will require consistent training to become the best dog he can be.
Sid is not yet housebroken, or crate trained, but he is micro-chipped, de-wormed, on heartworm preventative and flea medication. He is also in the process of completing his vaccinations. This puppy needs a PHYSICALLY FENCED YARD to run and romp in. No apartments or condos for this little guy please.
Our adoption fee is $325.00 (cash or credit card) that includes a $75 spay/neuter deposit that you receive back once the puppy is spayed/neutered at 6 months old.
If you think you are a fit for this puppy, please fill out an application. This puppy will NOT be at Petsmart Adoption Events, but his foster Mom is willing to set up a meet and greet at a convenient time for both parties after the application has been received and reviewed.
